You are here.

A gram of Life on a screen;

Whole.

A welcomed, joyous, bustling dot,

    Beginning your

 Constellation- creation in this dark warm womb-night.

Join your dots

How you choose,

In this world

and the one you will be born into.

Quite simply though,

In the sky of my life,

You are Polaris.

The Conscious Parenting Experience

The conscious parent? Well, conscious of what? Unconscious of what?                              The path to becoming conscious of who I authentically am; my purpose, my values, my worldview, my head and my heart, my boundaries and what I want to share with the world so that I can use those instruments and qualities to connect to my child helping him discover, facilitate all that he is. Would we really change our children?

I was first bewildered and enchanted by the movie Ruby Sparks five years ago. It was on last night…Ruby Sparks is one of my favorite movies. In its essence, it conveys two truths. One, that our desires are endless and we must come to terms with that. Endless. Really. We think we want a particular person with their according nature and give us about a year and there is a list of things we would change about that very person. Two, that true love is being present to what makes up a person and learning to love everything, every thing that someone is. The movie is relevant to the romantic and the realist.
